Tara We have worked with Tara Poteet as our real estate agent for many years. Tara has strolled through one house after another with us. From one end of town to the other. Traveling many miles, always greeting us with her beautiful smile and disposition. She never hesitated when we asked her to show us another home. She knew that we were serious in finding the perfect home that would fit our interests and desires even though it took many years. You see, we weren’t looking for a home to raise our children, but a home to rest in throughout our retirement days. She worked hard in finding us the perfect home that would fit our list of requirements which included room enough to entertain our family, appropriate rooms for our hobbies, and a property with the perfect landscape. Tara took the time to understand our needs and preferences, which made us feel comfortable in her experience and knowledge. She never judged us for our enduring desire to find the perfect place. Tara was always prepared at each showing with information pertaining to the home and with local market knowledge. If a question arose that she didn’t have the information she would investigate and find the answers for us promptly. Tara truly enjoys her job and it is reflected in her work. We have become close to Tara and feel like she is part of our family, a daughter we adopted in our hearts. When we finally found the house of our dreams we also found the sting of knowing we wouldn’t be going through houses ever again with her. In the negotiation phase Tara’s knowledge and market analysis was invaluable. Even during our closing which became a little bit more stressful than we desired due to clerical errors and left out disclosures on the sellers side, Tara took control of the situation and made it flow smoothly. We are so grateful for everything Tara has done for us and we are forever indebted to her.. We cannot recommend Tara Poteet enough if you are looking for a great agent! You won’t be disappointed.

Tara has been amazing to work with. With my busy and erratic schedule, Tara was always there to answer my many questions and concerns. She was very patient and explained the process extremely well.
